According to a press release, just after 10:00 Monday morning, police were made aware of a post sent to a Snapchat group implying an unspecified threat. Police say the screenshot caused alarm among some students and parents. Investigators and the district worked together and determined they believed there was no credible threat to the school.

Police are looking into the origins of the message and are providing additional security.

Anyone with additional information is asked to contact the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200, Tri-County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-255-1301, or the website by clicking here.
