(KNSI) — When the sun sets on Sunday, so will the season for the City of St. Cloud’s splash pads.
The calendar says September, but the forecast says summer, so kids (or kids at heart) looking to get their splash on can do so at Eastman, Riverside and Westwood Park.
The splash pads are usually closed by mid-September, but the extended warm streak calling for sunshine and highs in the mid to upper 80s has allowed them to remain open.
The city’s wading pools closed in August.
