Final Weekend for Fall Tour of Homes

(KNSI) – The 2024 Central Minnesota Builders Association Fall Tour of Homes is almost over.

Builder Dave Werschay tells KNSI everything from starter homes to high-end properties will be displayed. “We have 11 new homes. We have 10 builders…the sizes all over the board, from your patio homes to your bi-levels to your ramblers to your two stories, from your starter homes to your luxury homes.”

CMBA Executive Director Wanda Schroeder believes inspiration from the tour can take many forms. She promises you will learn something about the companies that help provide the finishing touches for every room of your home.

“It’s not just the builders that you have the opportunity to connect with. When you walk into the homes, you’re going to see the flooring, you’re going to see the fixtures. There’s so much that you get to take in — The woodwork. I mean, there’s so many details, and it gives you ideas, whether you’re buying a new home, you’re building, or you just want to remodel what you’ve got.

The final days of the tour are this weekend, September 20th-22nd. Hours are Friday from 4:30 to 7:00 and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5:00.
