Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Minnesota Woman Last Seen Nearly a Year Ago

(KNSI) – Police are asking for help finding a woman who has been missing for nearly a year.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office has been searching for Marina Dougall. Investigators believe the 36-year-old may have been in Burnett County, Wisconsin, between September 20th and 22nd, 2023. She was then dropped off at the Norwood Inn in Roseville.

Officials say she was last seen in Minneapolis when she stayed in the Franklin Avenue area. She also frequented Anoka County and other parts of the metro.

She is described as 5’9″, 140 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Anyone with information on Dougall’s whereabouts is urged to call 911.
