Tour of Homes One Week Away

(KNSI) – The 2024 Central Minnesota Builders Association Fall Tour of Homes is almost here.

Builder Dave Werschay tells KNSI everything from starter homes to high-end properties will be displayed. “We have 11 new homes. We have 10 builders…the sizes all over the board, from your patio homes to your bi-levels to your ramblers to your two stories, from your starter homes to your luxury homes.”

CMBA Executive Director Wanda Schroeder believes inspiration from the tour can take many forms. She promises you will learn something about the companies that help provide the finishing touches for every room of your home.

“It’s not just the builders that you have the opportunity to connect with. When you walk into the homes, you’re going to see the flooring, you’re going to see the fixtures. There’s so much that you get to take in — The woodwork. I mean, there’s so many details, and it gives you ideas, whether you’re buying a new home, you’re building, or you just want to remodel what you’ve got.

The tour runs from September 13th-15th and 20th-22nd. An app is available for Apple and Android phones that will help ensure you find each site. Hours are Fridays from 4:30 to 7:00 and Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5:00.
