The Pickled Loon Bar & Grill to Be Featured on ‘America’s Best Restaurants’

(KNSI) – Another St. Cloud favorite will be featured on the YouTube series America’s Best Restaurant.

The show will film at the Pickled Loon Bar & Grill downtown St. Cloud on September 4th.

It’s the third stop for the crew in the last year after visiting the White Horse Restaurant & Bar in September and Bravo Burrito in March.

Pickled Loon Co-Owner Rhiannon Ahrens told KNSI News she’s feeling, “Nervous, anxious, excited, all those things,” leading up to the show. “You know, you kind of pinch yourself a little bit, because you never know if you’re worthy.”

America’s Best Restaurants heard about The Pickled Loon from customers who bragged it was must must-eat.

Ahrens is seeking suggestions for what they should serve. “We made a post asking people their favorites. So, we are going to do three items. And primarily, I think what we’ll go with at the end of the day is the three most popular that were commented about.”

Ahrens owns the place with Michael Ahrens, Mike Illies, and Buddy Jost. The place has been around at 715 West St. Germain since 2013.
