(KNSI) – Assuming the storm clouds hold off, St. Cloud drivers will have to contend with a major inconvenience downtown.
The City Engineer’s Office says the exit ramp that connects eastbound Highway 23 with 9th Avenue South will be closed for planned maintenance work. The closure begins at 7:00 a.m. and should only last for today.
No detour will be posted.
