(KNSI)—Stearns, Benton, and Sherburne County are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 1:00 a.m. on Sunday.
The National Weather Service says scattered thunderstorms are expected, with the strongest storms capable of producing large hail, around two inches in diameter, and damaging wind.
The greatest hail risk is across central Minnesota.
