(KNSI) – The Minnesota State Patrol says a 21-year-old Maple Lake man is dead after he was hit while riding his bike at dusk on Sunday night.
Officials say around 9:20, the cyclist and a driver in a Jeep Cherokee were both headed west on Highway 55 when they collided near the intersection with Dempsey Avenue Northwest in Maple Lake.
The driver of the Cherokee is from Howard Lake in southern Wright County.
