(KNSI) — The Benton/Stearns County Progressives group will hold a “Keep Minnesota Blue” protest at the same time former President and current GOP Presidental nominee Donald Trump is holding his campaign rally on Saturday.
The group will make signs at the DFL office at 1729 West St. Germain Street starting at 4:45 p.m. before making their way to Division Street near the Great River Regional Library at 12th Street around 6:00. They will be there until around 6:45 before they rally on the Stearns County Courthouse steps from 7:00 to 8:00.
Those who need to park can do so at the library.
Trump and running mate, Senator JD Vance, will be at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center on the campus of St. Cloud State University. Doors open there at 3:00 p.m.
