(KNSI) – The St. Cloud City Engineer’s Office says the reopening of University Bridge and surrounding roads is pushed back by about two weeks.

The project is now expected to continue into mid-August. In addition to the work on University, three intersections are also shut down, including where the road crosses 5th and 7th Avenues South and Kilian Boulevard.

Access is being maintained for residents and businesses in the area but many have to use alternate entrances to reach their final destination.

No explanation was given for the delay.
