(KNSI) – St. Cloud’s newest bridge is nearly complete.

Minnesota Department of Transportation crews are extending Fourth Street over Highway 10 to connect the frontage roads on either side as part of the east end interchange project. The concrete deck was poured overnight on July 18th and 19th. Highway 10 was closed during that time, and traffic was rerouted around the site. The bridge should be finished in October.

Other hang-ups related to the interchange project include East St. Germain near US-10 and 14th Avenue Southeast south of Highway 23. Both of those intersections will fully reopen in August.
