(KNSI) – The body found Sunday morning at Lions Park in Sauk Rapids has been identified.

Just before 7:00, a woman called 911 saying a man was lying in the grass. Officers arrived and found the man who was pronounced dead at the scene. The Midwest Medical Examiners Office determined Monday the man’s name and age. The family of 34-year-old Devon Michael Majersky has been notified.

A team from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension was called in to investigate. Lions Park was closed on Sunday but reopened Monday morning.
