(KNSI) – Spam is unveiling a brand new flavor.

Minnesota’s Hormel Foods says the new offering is Korean BBQ. They describe it as “sweet yet spicy.” The Austin-based company is pulling in familiar flavors from Korean cuisine. The newest Spam is a blend of soy sauce, garlic, ginger, paprika and sesame, with a hint of spice from gochujang paste. The combination is meant to elevate burgers, stir-fries or Musubi to another level.

The new flavor is part of Spam’s efforts to tantalize people’s tastebuds with flavors from around the world.

Korean BBQ is the 12th permanent variety of SPAM. The latest flavor is available online and at Walmart.
