(KNSI) — The cause of a fire that consumed an outbuilding at a property in Eden Lake Township Wednesday morning is under investigation.
According to the Stearns County Sheriff’s Office, a 911 call came in just after 3:00 a.m. from the homeowner, who said he heard popping noises and saw flames and black smoke coming from the building. When first responders arrived, the 2,500 square foot structure was completely engulfed.
No one was hurt. The building and its contents are believed to be a total loss.
