Absentee Voting Begins for St. Cloud Residents Ahead of Primary Elections

(KNSI) – Decision 2024 begins this week for St. Cloud residents.

Absentee voting starts June 28th and will stay open for 46 days before the primary. Stearns County residents can cast a ballot at two locations: St. Cloud Lake George Municipal Complex or the Stearns County Service Center in Waite Park.

Primary elections are necessary to whittle down candidates for St. Cloud mayor and three at-large council seats.

Voters can apply for an absentee ballot online or contact the Auditor-Treasurer’s office for an application to be mailed to you. Ballots can be mailed or brought to secure drop boxes at the buildings.

Voters will have the option to track their ballot online. Any questions can be answered by the Stearns County Auditor-Treasurer’s office at 320-656-3920, or email elections@co.stearns.mn.us.
