(KNSI) – Clemens and Munsinger Gardens are one of the best in the country, partly because of a soon-to-be-returning tradition.
The first concert for the 25th anniversary of Music in the Gardens has been set for Sunday, June 9th. Running from 3:00-4:15 p.m., it will feature Dennis Warner and the D’s.
The performance is free, and you can beat the heat by finding a spot in the ample shade along the banks of the Mississippi River or by indulging in a famous Munsinger Clemens Botanical Society root beer float, available for only $2.
A pair of performances are slated for June, July, and August. The remaining schedule is below.
June 23 – Gathering Wool
July 7 – Ruckus in the Bearbrush
July 21 – Harper’s Chord
August 4 – Monday Night Jazz (Memorial Butterfly Release by Quiet Oaks Hospice House)
August 18 – The Half Steps
The gardens are located in southeast St. Cloud along Riverside Drive. The road dead ends with overflow parking lots near Highway 23.
