(KNSI) – Rox single game tickets go on sale Wednesday, allowing you to select from a variety of great promotions and entertainment in addition to the action on the diamond.
The St. Cloud Northwoods League team has its home opener on May 31st, barely a month away. The first 1,500 fans will get a magnet schedule with a fireworks display lighting off after the end of the game. It is the first of seven Friday Night Fireworks shows. Sundays will once again be Coborn’s Kids Days. Other weekly themes include Taco Tuesday, Thirsty Thursday, and Salute to Service Saturday.
The home slate consists of 36 games. Some highlights include Guinness world record holder Dave “The Bullet” Smith, otherwise known as “The Human Cannonball.” He’ll be soaring through the air after the game on Saturday, June 29th. Bluey and Bingo will be at Joe Faber Field on June 30th for Kids TV Takeover Day.
July 16th is going to the dogs with Bark in the Park. On the 21st, the Rox celebrate Joe Mauer’s Hall of Fame induction. Every player will sport a #7 jersey on that day. A favorite performer from past seasons returns on July 9th and 10th. See Tyler’s Amazing Balancing Act in person.
A list of all the promotions for summer 2024 is here. The Rox are hoping to return to the Northwoods League Championship. In 2023, the team fell to Green Bay in a game hosted here in St. Cloud in August.
