(KNSI) – A man has been charged after teenage boys said they saw him pleasuring himself at Heritage Park in St. Cloud.

According to the criminal complaint, three teenage boys said they saw a naked man lying in a wooded area, and he was touching himself. Two of them found other parkgoers who said they thought the kids were playing a prank, but upon further investigation, they, too, saw what was going on. A man yelled at the 79-year-old James Leroy Tembrock to get dressed because there were kids around. Tembrock said he “wasn’t doing anything wrong.” Video evidence obtained by investigators shows Tembrock sitting on the ground with only a sweatshirt sleeve covering his groin area.

Tembrock is charged with one gross misdemeanor count of indecent exposure in the presence of a minor under 16. He is free on bail. His next court date is set for May 8th.
