(KNSI) – Alpaca, keep backa! It’s all about the llamas at the St. Cloud Great River Regional Library on Tuesday, April 23rd.
The United Way of Central Minnesota is bringing back its popular literacy event from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Llama Llama Read-A-Rama 2024’s theme is “The Power of Stories.”
In addition to books, children will have a chance to do crafts, visit with the animals, climb inside public safety vehicles, eat a snack, do some coloring, and win prizes. No registration is necessary.
Llama Llama Read-A-Rama is aimed at kids aged ten and younger. It is put on by the United Way’s Partner for Student Success program. The goal is to associate books with positive experiences to encourage lifelong learning.
