(KNSI) – The Minnesota State Fair will be here before we know it, but for those who can’t wait, the fourth annual Kickoff to Summer at the Fair is coming up in May.
It’s an ever popular slice of the fair and spring into summer that includes food, beverages, music, shopping, free parking and more at the fairgrounds.
They are bringing back 40 fair fan favorites, including pickle pizza, Sweet Martha’s cookies, and mini donut beer from Lift Bridge. Some items that were heavily enjoyed at the 2023 State Fair will be available, like Amish donuts from Peachey’s Baking Company and Trickster Tacos. Three stages of entertainment will be going; the Giant Slide will be open, as will the mini golf from Can Can Wonderland.
Attendance is limited daily, and tickets go on sale April 5th at 10:00 a.m. They are $13 when bought in advance online or $16 at the gate and are only good on that specific day. Kids four and under don’t require a ticket and get in for free.
The days are Thursday and Friday, May 23rd and 24th, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. May 25th and 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
