(KNSI) – The Pantown neighborhood will soon be a maze of orange barrels and road closures.
The City of St. Cloud says it hopes to begin construction on Monday, April 8th, for a network of roads and alleys near Madison Elementary. No detours will be posted, but drivers should know that the construction is extensive and will last until mid-October.
The closure includes:
• 30th Avenue North from 9th to 12th Street North
• 32nd Avenue North from 10th to 12th Street North
• 11th Street North from 33rd to 29th Avenue North
• Alleys between 31st to 33rd Avenues N from 10th to 11th Street North
• Alleys between 29th to 31st Avenues N from 11th to 12th St North
• The alley between 29th and 30th Avenue N from 10th to 11th Street North
Also, 12th Street North from 30th to 32nd Avenue North will be shuttered until late May. There will be clearly marked detours for this stretch.
