(KNSI) — See what’s hot in housing during this month’s 52nd annual Central Minnesota Builders Association Spring Tour of Homes.
This season’s event features 20 homes put together by 14 contractors. Local builder Dave Werschay or Werschay Homes explained the real estate market is critical to the area’s future, and this is a chance to show off what builders and designers can do for buyers or those looking to remodel.
Werschay says to map out a route to see all the tour offers because “they’re spread out. So, plan your day. Grab your coffee. Mark where you’re getting lunch and tour Central Minnesota and see a bunch of homes.”

The tour goes through Avon, Cold Spring, Richmond, Sartell, Sauk Rapids and St. Cloud.
He says the cool thing about the tour is you get to meet the builders. The tour is two weekends long. It will take place March 15th through the 17th and March 22nd through the 24th.
