(KNSI) — A St. Cloud woman is among 24 people indicted by a grand jury in South Dakota for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

According to court documents, 39-year-old Hannah Felling is accused of conspiring to distribute more than 500 grams of meth in South Dakota and elsewhere. Prosecutors allege Felling and at least 23 others worked together to distribute the drugs and launder money to cover it up.

A search of court records shows Felling with a criminal history stretching back to 2005, including moving violations, DWI, felony drug charges, fleeing police, and counterfeiting.

Two other Minnesotans, 48-year-old Michele Johnson and 35-year-old Cody Schmidt, both of Steen, Minnesota, in Rock County, are also on the list of defendants in the case. Johnson has been charged with conspiracy and money laundering.

All three have pleaded not guilty.

If convicted, the sentence for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance is up to 20 years in federal prison. The money laundering charge carries a maximum penalty of up to 20 years in prison.
