(KNSI) – A discount clothing store in St. Cloud is asking customers to help out the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota.

Starting Saturday, shoppers at Ross Dress For Less can donate at checkout. The money will go towards the club’s Power Hour program to tutor students. It’s part of the company’s three-week program, “Help Local Kids Thrive.”

Ross will match the first $400,000 raised nationally. Funds will be collected until March 3rd.

This year marks the 10th year of the program, but it’s the first event in Minnesota. Ross opened its St. Cloud in October, marking its first foray into the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
