(KNSI) — The Benton County Sheriff’s Office’s telephone system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Monday, January 29th, which could cause brief disruptions to service.
The work is set for between 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and could cause some hiccups for inbound non-emergency telephone lines. Officials say calls to 911 will not be affected.
Anyone calling the non-emergency number may not be able to get through. Anyone having trouble contacting the sheriff’s office during that time is asked to either call 911 to reach dispatch or try back after a few minutes.
