A Popular Restaurant Is Under New Ownership

(KNSI) – A popular East St. Cloud restaurant and event center is passing the torch to new owners.

Coyote Moon Grille, 480 55th Avenue Southeast, is being taken over by Bryan Hoops and Dan Hoops. Former owners Mar and Mike Dols are beginning their retirement after over fifty years in the restaurant business.

In a social media post, the new owners say they plan to keep all that people have come to love about the place. They will also work with staff and customers to bring their own brand of hospitality to Coyote Moon over time.

All previously purchased gift cards are still redeemable. The new owners say all staff is being kept, and they look forward to seeing everyone soon.

Coyote Moon overlooks Territory Golf Club and offers space for meetings, banquets, receptions, and weddings, along with catering.
