(KNSI) – A St. Cloud-based drug rehabilitation facility is turning a donated shed into a tiny house for visitors in southern Minnesota.

The Recovery Community Network has been gifted a 16-foot by 40-foot building from the nonprofit Flag Wavers Hope. The organization will convert the space into a place for families visiting their fathers at the Bravo Zulu House veteran sober housing facility in Winnebago, Minnesota.

The estimated value of the in-kind donation from Flag Wavers Hope to the RCN was determined to be $80,000. Minus moving and other expenses, the Recovery Community Network then made an in-kind donation to Bravo Zulu House of $70,000.
