(KNSI) — The Great River Regional Library System is kicking off the new year with its Winter Reading Challenge.
The challenge gets going on January 2nd. The theme is Perched on Reading and is open to anyone in the sixth grade or older. There are prize drawings for readers as they build their winter reading habits.
Register for the program at a branch library, the GRRL site, or the Beanstack Tracker app. By downloading and using the app, readers can keep track of their reading, get book recommendations, and earn online badges.
Readers can log their winter reading on the Beanstack Tracker website by clicking here.
Each of the 32 branch libraries in the GRRL system will have prize drawings for participants.
