(KNSI) – Jolly ol’ Saint Nick is set to tour Sartell a couple of days before making his rounds on Christmas Eve.
Santa Claus will borrow a fire truck, instead of his traditional sleigh, for a scouting mission on Wednesday, December 20th.
The Santa parade and toy drive will begin at the Sartell Public Safety Facility at 5:00 p.m. A map shows the man in red will start on the east side of Sartell with stops at Val Smith Park around 5:15 p.m., St. Francis School at 5:25 p.m., Coborns Riverside around 5:38 p.m., Celebration Church at 5:50 p.m., and Sartell High School at 6:06 p.m.
Santa will then cover the west end of town with stops at Pinecone Central Park at 6:20 p.m., Sartell City Hall at 6:45 p.m., and the Sartell Community Center at 7:12 p.m. His journey will end around 7:30 p.m. in the city’s southwestern corner.
Officials say Santa sometimes likes to go off the beaten path, so the route and timing may vary.
