Pedestrian Struck, Seriously Injured Sunday Morning in St. Cloud

(KNSI) — A 19-year-old Bowlus man is fighting for his life after he was hit by a truck Sunday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol’s crash report says the 32-year-old driver of a pickup was on Highway 23 near Lincoln Avenue Southeast when he hit a pedestrian just after 4:00. Shawn Kimmons was rushed to CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The driver was not hurt.
