(KNSI) – The 49th annual Holly Ball will sparkle and shine in St. Cloud next month.

Chair Melinda Tamm explained this year’s theme, Believe There is Good in the World, or Be the Good, focuses on what we can do with one small movement. “Whether it’s financial donation, volunteerism, helping in these areas within our community can make a better future for tomorrow.”

The event is the largest fundraiser of the year for the CentraCare Foundation, Coborn Cancer Center Greatest Needs Funds, Central Minnesota Child Advocacy Center and CentraCare Hospice.

The gala will be decked out for the season, and Tamm can’t wait for some surprises. “Winter is approaching us. So it’s going to be that wintry Wonderland followed by the entertainment room that will bring a little bit more of an enchantment feel. And, of course, a lot of different larger decorations. Things that they haven’t seen in the past.”

New this year is a live auction and the traditional silent auction. Items up for bid will be released on Holly Ball’s social media platforms over the next few weeks.

Tickets for the event are still availible. All the fun takes place on December 2nd, starting at 5:00 p.m. at the River’s Edge Convention Center.
