(KNSI) – A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting in St. Cloud that left one man dead and two others wounded last month.

Police say 26-year-old Deionte Jaewon Parker has been charged with second-degree murder with intent, felon in possession of a firearm and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.

Investigators from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and the SCPD say there was an altercation at a party in the 700 block of 6th Avenue South on October 22nd. During the incident, police say Parker shot 34-year-old Antonio Carl Harris Jr. and killed him. A 52-year-old man and a 26-year-old man also suffered non-life-threatening injuries. They were both treated and released from St. Cloud Hospital.

Parker was arrested on October 27th on an unrelated probation violation and has remained in custody. He’s being held in the Stearns County Jail.
