(KNSI) – St. Cloud Police are releasing the name of the victim in a fatal two-vehicle accident that happened on the city’s southeast end on October 30th.
Jeanette Mary Sand died as she tried to make a left turn from County Road 75 onto Glenn Carlson Dr. A Chevrolet Silverado headed south on 75 crashed into Sand’s vehicle on the passenger side. The truck t-boned Sand’s Toyota Camry.
After a week-long investigation, the driver of the pickup truck will not be charged. There is no traffic control at the intersection and it is believed that Sand pulled in front of the Silverado before the accident occurred.
Sand was 57 years old and lived in Kimball.
