(KNSI) — Waite Park Family Fun Fest has filled its president role.
The former president stepped down at the beginning of October, and the search was on from there. Organizers feared if a new leader couldn’t be found, the 2024 festival would have to be canceled.
Now that piece of the puzzle has been found, additional volunteers are needed to join the committee before November 15th to get the event on solid footing.
Volunteer roles will include, but are not limited to:
Event Planning: Assist in overall event logistics and coordination.
Entertainment and Activities: Help organize activities and performances.
Marketing and Promotion: Assist in spreading the word about the event and engaging the community.
Sponsorship and Fundraising: Support efforts to secure sponsorships and raise funds for the event.
Vendor Coordination: Work with local vendors to provide various food options.
