(KNSI) – There is one last push to get Sartell’s COUNTRY Lights display ready for the public this week.

Up to 20 volunteers are needed for any of the six total shifts scheduled on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The morning slots would run between 9:00 a.m. and noon, with the afternoon ones set for 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day.

Volunteers would help bring out the lights from storage and set them up, which includes building some of the set pieces and plugging them in. The work is open to people ten and older, including families.

COUNTRY Lights is one of the area’s biggest holiday displays. It opens to the public the day after Thanksgiving. The festival is located next to Chateau Waters and the Sartell Community Center.

When the lights turn on, the public can walk through the park any evening. There will be some extras, including hot chocolate stands from 5:00 to 7:00 and train rides between 5:30 and 7:00 every Friday and Saturday through the holiday season.
