(KNSI) — A St. Cloud man is dead following a crash on Interstate 94 Saturday afternoon.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol’s preliminary crash report, 45-year-old Henry Smith was driving his Dodge Ram pickup truck east on I-94 near mile marker 190 outside Monticello when he went off the road to the right and crashed. The freeway was shut down for a time while a LifeLink helicopter landed to take Smith to a hospital.
The report says alcohol was not a factor.
