(KNSI) – Most of Minnesota’s marvelous fall colors are gone.
The latest map from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources shows it’s the final call to go exploring this fall. Virtually all of the state is past its peak for viewing.
There is a touch of color left around the St. Cloud area and points south to the metro and St. Croix Valley. Most of the area is at 75% to 100% of peak. The most color can be found in Carver, Scott and Sibley Counties. That area of south-central Minnesota is at 50% to 75% of peak.
This is the final fall color update for the season.
