(KNSI) — Starting Wednesday September 27th, County State Aid Highway 1, a.k.a. Mayhew Lake Road, will be closed.
The closure is set to start at 9:00 a.m. just north of Highway 23 near the old railroad tracks. Utility contractors must close the road to excavate to construct a new sanitary sewer main.
Traffic will be rerouted to County Road 75 (East St. Germain Street) to County Road 74 (14th Ave Northeast).
The closure is expected to last one week.
