(KNSI) – Metro Bus is beginning a new study to potentially overhaul its Long Range Transit Plan.
The agency says the pandemic and population shifts into south St. Cloud and suburbs like Sartell, Sauk Rapids, and Waite Park are changing how people use its services. The input gathered would be used this winter to develop potential changes to how the agency operates in central Minnesota. The plan would then be implemented next summer.
There are two different ways to participate. The public can fill out a survey online. A link is here. There will also be one for passengers offered from September 18th to the 20th at the Transit Center and on buses out on their routes.
Metro Bus is partnering with Nygaard Consulting Associates for the surveys.
