ROCORI 3, Sauk Rapids-Rice 1 (25-19, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21): Kate Holthaus had 21 kills to lead all players, including a thunderous attack shot late in the third set that helped the Spartans pull away. Ava Athman’s 10 kills paced the Storm. She picked up number 500 in her career. ROCORI is still undefeated but loses its first set of the year.
Sartell 3, Brainerd 0 (25-14, 25-17, 25-20): Grace Shulte assisted on 27 points, with her favorite target being Abby Haus. The senior scored 13 kills on the night, plus 17 digs defensively.
