(KNSI) — A road construction project in downtown St. Cloud will take longer to finish than originally thought.
The intersection of 12th Avenue North and West St. Germain Street, near the Great River Regional Library, will be closed until August 21st, weather permitting. That’s 12 days longer than estimated.
The city is replacing sanitary sewer, water main, storm drain, street, curb and gutter, sidewalk and street lighting. The intersection is part of a larger project expected to be completed this fall.
