(KNSI) — The Benton County Board of Commissioners is holding a public meeting next month to consider an ordinance limiting the use of marijuana and other regulated products in public spaces.

The meeting is on August 15th at 9:00 a.m. in the Benton County Boardroom, 531 Dewey Street in Foley. The meeting is to take action on the proposed Use of Regulated Products in Public Places Ordinance. The products include cannabis flowers, cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, or hemp-derived consumer products.
