(KNSI) — The Minnesota Department of Transportation is starting repair work on the westbound Interstate 94 Bridge near St. Joseph next month.
MNDOT says there will be one lane traffic in each direction on I-94 from St. John’s Road/County Road 136 to County Road 2 as crews conduct repairs and resurface the westbound bridge over eastbound County Road 75. Eastbound access to County Road 75 will be restricted. Drivers should use County Road 2 at I-94.
The speed limit will be reduced to 60 miles an hour.
Drivers should plan for delays through the stretch, especially at peak travel times. Zipper merging is encouraged to ease congestion. Learn to do the zipper by clicking here.
