(KNSI) – Canadian Pacific Rail is shutting down a Paynesville crossing for four days this week to make repairs.

A stretch of County Road 130 will be unavailable to through traffic from Tuesday through Friday, June 30th, from Highway 55 to 185th Street. The work is on the western side of the city, away from downtown.

The project is weather dependent and Wednesday’s forecast has a possibility for scattered showers. Officials recommend using Highway 23 or Highway 55 as a detour. They say to slow down when you near the work zone. Other alternative routes are also encouraged to minimize delays.

A map of the detour is here.
