(KNSI) – A vehicle fire led to an apartment building in St. Cloud being briefly evacuated on Friday.
Firefighters were called around 4:00 am to 1120 9th Avenue South. By the time a crew arrived on the scene, the fire had spread to a second vehicle and a nearby apartment.
It was quickly put out, and everyone was allowed to return home, according to the fire department.
Damage was estimated at $30,000. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the fire marshal’s office.
