(KNSI) – St. Cloud State University has made the honor roll when allowing students to transfer to campus from a community college.
SCSU is the only Minnesota institution and one of just 208 colleges and universities nationwide to receive awards from the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. It’s the fourth year in a row the school has been recognized. The distinction puts SCSU among the top 25 percent of highest-rated colleges.
Organizers use 40 key metrics to determine their rankings. Factors include support and success of transfer students, college cost and financial aid, campus life, admission practices, and bachelor’s degree completion.
