(KNSI) – A woman’s body was found floating on a north-central Minnesota lake on Wednesday.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office and Crosslake Police Department were called to the east shore of Cross Lake around 9:30 a.m. after a body was found.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office’s investigators processed the scene and said no foul play was suspected.
The woman’s remains were taken to the Ramsey County medical examiner’s office for an autopsy. Her name is being withheld pending the notification of the family.
