(KNSI) — A 42-year-old Monticello man was injured in a bizarre crash in Big Lake Township.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a 22-year-old woman was driving her Suzuki SUV north on Highway 25 at Sherburne County Road 17 at about 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6th. She drove off the road, and the SUV rolled. Matthew Chandler was riding his bike southbound against traffic and had to jump off the bike to avoid being hit.
The woman was not hurt. Chandler sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Monticello Hospital for treatment.
