Foley 5, Cathedral 3: Cooper Kosiba led off the game with a home run to left field and Cathedral held an advantage for the first half of the game. Foley tied it with two in the bottom of the fifth inning and had another threat in the sixth against Crusader starter John Brew. A walk and a single had runners at first and second with shortstop Derek Dahmen at the plate. He hit a soft chopper towards his Crusader counterpart Alex Schroeder. The ball glanced off the heel of the glove for an error and the bases were loaded. If the out had been completed that would have ended the sixth. Instead, Falcon first baseman Aiden Micholski got a chance and made the most of it. A soft line drive to right fell in and Foley stays alive.
Foley 11, Albany 6: The first game of Tuesday’s doubleheader at Dick Putz Field. The Falcons were relegated to the elimination bracket last week but survive three win-or-go-home games in two days.

Sartell 11, Rogers 7: It looked like Sartell had this game in the bag, leading 7-1 at one point. The Royals scored six in the bottom of the sixth to tie it up, though. The Sabres answered back with four in the top of the seventh to win in regulation. Wesley Johnson threw two innings in relief for the victory. Sabre left fielder Kade Lewis and centerfielder Dylan Simones each had two hits and three RBI.
